Motopukis
I use this tyre on Ducati Multistrada 950, more universal than SCR Trail2(problem on gravy roads). Amazing grip in wet and cold weather. Universal - Asphalt gravel Very good grip on wet tarmac. Good braking and accelerating. - Resource for Tarmac 7k-10k km, on gravy roads 4-6k km. -loud, -loud, but no more than Anakee Wild, half silence
Too noisy
I have these tyres on my BMW F850GS Trophy. They are very noisy from 35-50mph. I am going to swap them out for quieter tyres.

It's A Really Good Tire!
The Anakee 3 was selected to replace the non-Michelin OEM tires on a R1200GS. Even though Michelin now lists the Anakee 3 as an "alternative", the current reviews made this selection a no-brainer. These tires have tremendous grip and enhance the handling of the R1200GS. Braking confidence is superb as well. These tires could care less about the small amount of light off-riding this bike is subjected to...transition? What transition?? They will sing a bit around 45mph and 65mph...though this is easily corrected, if necessary, through a small amount of throttle adjustment. Overall, the Anakee 3 is a very competent tire.
Hi Ritchie, thank you for your review of the MICHELIN Anakee III tires! We appreciate your feedback.

Certainly a good tyre!
I have a DL1050XT and have covered 4k miles on these tyres in all weather, road and offroad. I really can't fault the performance, very grippy in the wet and also surprisingly grippy in the dry. They give you loads of confidence. I am now buying my second set after a huge mostly straight road tour that has now finished them off. My ONLY criticism is that they are a quite noisy on certain smooth surfaces expecially when they are new.
Best Tire Available for 80/20 Adventure Bikes
All of the bikes I've owned over the years have been equipped with the Anakee III tires and when they require replacing, I've always chosen to stay with the Anakee III's. I was very happy when I purchased my brand new BMW F750GS that it came equipped with my favorite tire! These tires easily last 10K miles and have never let me down on how well they ride in the hot dry environment in the Southwest US and when it does rain these tires easily handle the wet roads. I ride year round and have temperatures that range from as high as 110F to as low as 10F and these tires always stick to the road. I hope these never go away as I love them!
Hi Moore, thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback.

The best road tire for KLR 650’s!!!
Yes, you do notice a difference off road—but it’s not much—and it certainly doesn’t offset the superb way these III’s wear & handle on road and in the rain. Very confidence inspiring and a Great tire!
Hi Thomas, thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback.

Very good tires
I reccomended these tires. I own a 2018 Suzuki VStrom 1000DR (Adventure bike) and I placed a set of Anakee 3 tires on bike. After driving 12,000 miles on these I am very impressed. I live in the desert southwest USA and have driven these tires in summer with worst ambient temperatures have been 114 degrees in the city intersections during summer and in 0 degrees in the mountains during winter. In dry or wet conditions the tire sticks well to the pavement. That being said I drive within my skill level and road conditions. I have driven off road and I found I can safely reach a speed of 25-30 mph on good dry dirt roads. Surprisingly they did good on a twisted dry gravel/sandy dirt road as I’m following a KTM and a Kawasaki KLR650. That was about 5-15 mph. They will not do as well in muddy dirt roads or with deep gravel especially with a heavy bike. Just avoid those obstacles and go around them. I still have about 3,000 miles left of tread (possibly more). I will most likely change the tires soon because the hot pavement climate I’ve driven on. In the heat, the stick factor of the tires can get sucked out! I’m somewhat torn on buying more aggressive tread off road tires for scenic off roads but I’ll buy the same tire, it seems to fit what I want to do with the bike!
Anekee tyres - reliable and long lasting
I have had Anekee 2 and 3 on two different BMW R1200GS bikes and covered close to 100,000 miles on them. I get about 7000miles on the rear and 10,000 miles on the front. I have never had a problem with them and them good in the dry and wet although, living in the south of France, I mostly ride on the dry. I changed bikes and now have a R1250GS and the OEM front is worn out after 4,000 miles- the rear seems fine. I intend to replace both of these with my trusted old friends, the Anekee 3.
Simply the best
Wet, Dry, Straight, Curves they never let you down, reliable, predictable and very durable.
