Great tires
I got these for a 2015 Fat Bob. They're brilliant in the dry and great in the wet. For wet riding they seem to take a little longer than usual to heat but once theyre warms up they're spot on.. I've put a few thousand KMs on them already and they don't seem to have worn much so I'm guessing I'll get great milage out of them.
Good decent tyres
Put these tyres on my harley streetglide and have 8000kms on them so far and they are showing no signs of wear what so ever. Only complaint about the wet is, once the rear stepped out but that was after I hit a worn piece of road that was like ice, and there had been no rain for several month's so the road was super slippery. Otherwise an awesome tyre, at this stage I will get another set when they are due to be replaced. Love them!
Great overall tyres, dry weather only
2015 Road glide ultra. Great tyres for dry weather only, good longevity, the problem I face, as soon as it starts raining, it’s like having a slick tyres as there is no tread cut out in the centre of the tread, so water has nowhere to go, hence the rear tyre starts spinning under moderate acceleration in the wet. A bit unnerving & not very confidence inspiring. BUT exceptional great in the dry.
Do not buy 130/90 16
Has introduced a horrible vibration whilst riding at any speed.
Great tyres
Michelin are the only tyres I use. Commander 3 have good grip and great mileage.

Terrible tire
Purchased Commander 3 touring tires for my 2014 street glide. Lots of vibration, weird tracking and noise. Had alignment checked, wheel bearings and axles replaced.. must be the tires.
Need specific date of tread redesign going into production
On what tire date code did you go into production with the new front tire tread design? People are trying to avoid buying the older tires that have the vibration and noise issues, and it's not always easy to determine looking at the tread pattern.
Vibrating rubber!
Horrible tire! Lots of vibration! Horrible quality control if any. How a tire can be this bad and leave the factory is a scathing review of the company. Terrible and makes me sad that I can't ever trust a Michelin tire again.
