Five stars for this team of super friendly and helpful folks! They helped us check and pump air into our tires twice as we were having an issue with low tire pressure while passing through town.

Travelling to Waitomo Caves from Auckland, just had two new rear tires on day before. On way, found the car not handling well as seemed the wheels were not balanced well. We phoned Advanced Tyres Otorohanga and asked if we can drop in have the wheels balanced which they agreed. They checked all 4 wheels of which two need minor adjustments. They only charged for the two wheels even though they took and checked all 4. I can confirm the car drive perfectly now, thank you very much Advanced Tyre Services Otorohunga.

Brilliant work, called in to get a tire pumped up, and they found a slow leak, fixed in on the spot.

I would like to say that I’m incredibly satisfied with the customer service of this business. Myself and my friends were provided with a third party car rental company that was unfortunately deemed unroadworthy. However, with the help of the coworkers here, they have assisted us with the best of their ability to get a reimbursement of the faulty tyres of the third party company. As well as repair the tyres for us ready to go back to Auckland. I am so thankful for the help of this business who are so fearless and are willing to help their customers without hesitation. If I ever had trouble with another car I would bring it to this exact company. Thank you for your service!!!
