Best set of tyres so far
Warm up quick, excellent in the wet. Dry grip is fantastic inspiring confidence and has transformed the ride of my GS over the awful OEM A41’s. Best road tyre Iv had so far.
Brilliant
As a motorcycle instructor, the tyres fitted to my bikes need to be the best, & that`s why I choose Michelin. After using a number of brands over the years, I have yet to find a better tyre in all conditions that last so well & costs no more. I`ve just replaced the front tyre on my MT07 at 28,000kms. It is used year round, in all conditions, being used & abused by students, & it still tastes that long. Amazing result
Pulling to the left
When I take my hands off the handlebars, the motorcycle is pulling hard to the left on fresh installed Michelin Road 6's. I have 2020 Yamaha MT 09 SP. If you holding on the handlebars, they feel smooth, but this is a big issue I only drove this in dry surface, so thats the only rate u can take into matter
Awesome tyres
After my Pirelli tyres fell apart before they were worn out I was recommended the Michelin road 5 , fantastic tyre , have now updated to the 6s , even better
not thst good in the wet...
so been using roads for multiple genrations now and I got to say I am dissapointed in these. I've had multiple tyre slips near and one actual slideout resulting in broken ribs at only 30mph. 2000 miles in they still look new and when warm they are very grippy but these seem a downgrade in the wet compared to the road 5's. Have these gt model 6's on my zzr1400 and sadly i dont think ill replace them with the same or gen 7 when needed due to the slipping of these in the wet.
These tyres are great, if you can get them
I was unable to get a Road 6 back back in July, so put on a Road 5 and ordered (and paid in advance) a Road 6 when it became available. That Road 5 is now worn out, and I still cannot get a Road 6, nor a 5, and not even a 4. Looks like it will have to be a Bridgestone. Come on Michelin. If you are going to advertise these tyres then make them available.
Amazing Tyre
I put these on my bike this winter on my MT10SP and they are amazing. Rain or dry this tyre sticks to the floor like a magnet. Even in A mode my TC never came on once

Michelin 6 better than stock Pirelli Angel
My bike was bought having done only 2700 kms in 7 years. It still had factory fitted Pirelli Angel tyres. I wore out the rear tyre in 6 months having covered about 10,000 kms. While having an electrical fault fixed at my expense..thanks Triumph...I fitted a Micheli 6. I chose Michelins as I used them on my two previous bikes, zx14 and zx14R, over a period of 17 years and over 100,000 kms. The handling on cornering improved on my Thruxton. I have grip on wet slippery roads. I can confidently throw the bike into high speed highway corners and feel safe , the bike holds its line and leans safely beyond my comfort zone. There was a massive difference between the Pirelli tyres and the Michelin tyre. The Pirelli would twitch on wet roads. The Thruxton handled well before and now its even better. I have recommended the brand to a friend who just traded his Enfield in for a Triumph after riding mine.
Great motorcycle tyres
Excellent grip wet or dry and long wearing these tyres handle consistently for their whole life. I have been getting almost 20,000km life from the previous model Road 5 rear tyres and hope to get similar life from the Road 6's.
Great Tyres
The tyres are amazing once broken in. Like with most tyres, when they are being broken in, they feel a bit weird handling wise and the wet grip is still developing. Now that they are broken in, the wet grip is amazing and the grip is confidence inspiring.
